Silver Palms is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just across from Cannon Villas with a private path to a beautiful white sand beach. Set in lush tropical gardens guests can enjoy a dip in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the secluded swimming pool or jacuzzi.

This estate consists of 3 bedroom townhouses, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and studio apartments, tastefully decorated with tropical furnishings. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, the kitchens are fully-equipped, and each unit has cable TV. and a capable and attentive housekeeper is on hand to prepare meals and help you enjoy warm Jamaican hospitality.

Shopping for groceries is easy and enjoyable in nearby Ocho Rios or St. Ann's Bay. A grocery delivery service is also available.

Deposit
Twenty percent (20%) upon confirmation.

Balance
Due thirty days before date of arrival (rates are subject to change without notice)

Limited to two persons per bedroom

Checkout time
The normal checkout time is 12 noon.

Gratuities
These are not included in the rates. It is customary to tip the staff 10% of the total rental at the time of departure.
