Cannon Villas consists of six cottages situated on an exquisite white sand beach. The property is beautifully landscaped to facilitate your privacy.

Each Villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bath, living and dining areas, colour T.V. with cable TV reception, a fully-equipped kitchen and covered patios where you can relax or dine.

Each villa also has an efficient and friendly housekeeper who will prepare meals and help to make it a home away from home. Shopping for groceries is easy and enjoyable in nearby Ocho Rios or St. Ann's Bay. A grocery delivery service is also available.

Deposit
Twenty percent (20%) upon confirmation.

Balance
Due thirty days before date of arrival (rates are subject to change without notice)

Occupancy
Limited to two persons per bedroom

Checkout time
The normal checkout time is 12 noon.

Gratuities
These are not included in the rates. It is customary to tip the staff 10% of the total rental at the time of departure.

Arrival and departure
Airport transfers or car rental prices are quoted upon request.

Arrangements may be made on your behalf and at your expense for:
